Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, all payments are final and not eligible for a refund except for any product damage. 

If our products arrived damaged or spoil, please contact us right away with your proven details and we will review your dispute. If it is our fault, then we are happy to send a free replacement within 7 business days from your date purchase. Please note that if you did not return the damage item after 7 business days, then, your refund or replacement is no longer acceptable.
